User stories

Story: Moving Accounts As a forge user, I want to be able to migrate/move my whole account (from one forge to another / inside a forge), optionally taking my repositories with me and leaving behind a reference to my new account So I am able to easily move my work if the old account becomes unattractive/unavailable to me.

Story: Tagging issues
As a forge repo maintainer, I want to be able to classify the issues by tagging them, for example, with bug, suggestion, critical, blocking, etc.

Story: References with notifications As an issue/MR creator/commenter I want to be able to reference (and link to) other issues/MRs (possibly of other repositories)/posts in other ActivityPub instances in a generic way, automatically creating a link in the referenced issue/MR or a reply to the referenced ActivityPub post, So I am able to easily refer to related content and also notify this related content of this connection easily.
