feat: Disable tiling for monitor

(1) Description

You can currently disable tiling for certain workspaces, but i have a lot of problems with multi monitor setup

So would it maybe possible to add that you can disable tiling on a monitor/display? it would completely ignore that monitor and not send any windows to it

Yes, I faced the same problem. There is a second monitor mounted vertically. And forge doesn't work very well on it. I would like to see some sensible solution to the problem, or disabling this extension (which is best) for the MONITOR and not for the desktop ( since I can't know what the desktop number is )
