feat: Save layout

It would be great if it were possible to save window layouts. When I enable tiling it's because I'm working and using the same apps. At the moment those apps all tile in random locations when I first enable and I have to rearrange.

Maybe having the saved layout auto open the apps in question would be good too. Surely this information is available somewhere already

Thanks for this extension - I'm finding it makes my life much better. At least when I'm sat in front of my computer 😀

resize rules would also be great. I spend a lot of time resizing tuba to juuuust the right width

I'd like to also add to somehow save the current view, so after the lock, it will stay.
