Theme backup to "~/undefined.bak" and file permission bug on css-last-update change

Hello, whenever the "css-last-update" key changes, the theme is backed up to "~/undefined.bak". Newly created default theme have incorrect permissions, causing the extension to fail on startup. I'm forced to run chmod on both files, including "~/undefined.bak", to get it started. Once I fix all of this, turn off the extension, and turn it back on, it works perfectly fine.
