MF-related parameter modify for latency issue

set the latency related parameters to 0

Can you please update the PR description with clear instructions for how I can verify that modifications to the 3 parameters actually reduces latency?

Also, are you sure that all the 3 parameter changes reduce latency individually, or only one of them and the other are just changed to be on the safe side?
