Port libraries to .NET Standard 2.0

Hi forcewake,

As the title says, I've ported the libraries to .NET Standard 2.0. I needed to change some access modifiers and in the process also upgraded the NuGet packages. The unit tests are passing.

You should be able to run all tests and benchmarks under .net core / standard as well :)

@bmmogensen could you please look at the tests / update them to run on .net core as well.
