Data Residency

Users can select the geographical location where the DevOps Center's external service is located, to comply with data residency requirements.

Currently when enabling the devops center we have to accept product terms which include that local data privacy laws are not considered. As i understood DevOps Center uses an instance in Heroku located in the US. As an EU customer we would need an opportunity to let it run in an EU based data center.
