Multiple target orgs

Allow one project/pipeline to be able to deploy to multiple target orgs, for instance to support deploying the application to multiple orgs across regions.

is this the same as a split pipeline where say stuff signed off in QA branch gets pushed to an Integration and UAT environment? if so yes please
