Support for Package-based development flows, including the ability to develop and install Unlocked and Managed 2nd generation packages.

Yes, this is very important.

Considering the target for the DevOps Center app :

  • prioritize Unlocked and Org-dependent packages features for Salesforce customer companies and Integrator partners
  • prioritize Managed packages features for Salesforce ISV partners and PDOs

To me, 2GP support is very important, and makes the multiple pipeline more relevant. Unless you're using packages, everything is really going into the same master.
