CustomIndex failed to deploy due to Property 'allowNullValues' not valid in version 53.0

Describe the bug Cannot deploy CustomIndex

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a external id Field
  2. pull to workitem
  3. try to promote

Expected behavior Custom index should be deployed

Hi @TelmoKz - this is a known issue for api versions previous to 56.

Devops Center is currently running on api 53 and we are already working to update it to latest on GA release (W-11244719).

Hi @EstebanRomero84 - would Devops Center running on API 53 be the reason I received the following error when trying to deploy a flow orchestration? The flow is using API 56.

Type Flow failed to deploy due to Property 'requiresAsyncProcessing' not valid in version 53.0

Hi @mrryantrammell - yes, that's correct, it fails for the same reason.
