Support for creating profiles using Lightning Platform Plus license

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Seems like the scratch org definition does not allow to create profiles with the Lightning Platform Plus license.

What are you trying to do Create a profile using the Lightning Platform Plus license.

Describe the solution you'd like Have a way to allocate those licenses to users within the scratch org definition file (similar to the ForceComPlatform feature).

Describe alternatives you've considered Not using scratch orgs.
