[Bug] Tool allows mulitple Separator Types in a single file

Description

If a file contains both commas and semi-colons, the tool will try to parse both, at the same time, as column separators. Therefore columns need ot be fully qualified with double quotes even if what is qualified shouldn't be a separator in the first place

Wanted Behavior

Only one separator type is allowed - should match the first one found and default to comma.
