How can I uninstall?

I installed and used the package...it worked great! Now I'd like to uninstall it. How do I go about doing that please.

Since the package is unmanaged, the metadata components would need to be manually deleted from the organization.

oh man, glad I didn't install in production then. I manually added my 65 metadata entries in. I say that because I can't afford to have 500 lines of uncovered code. I'm too close to the 75% limit already. image

I installed this in production and it didn't work. Now I have a huge freakin mess on my hands. Not impressed at all with this tool.

I just ran into this issue and it's possible to use the Ant Migration Tool to remove the metadata from your org. What you need to do:

  1. Look at the package.xml file to identify which metadata needs to be destroyed
  2. Use a destructiveChanges.xml file to remove the metadata from your org. Stack Exchange has a good answer that walks you through this. Here are the salesforce docs too
