Create a better PR comment layout

Lighthouse scores as PR comments could use some love in the layout. The layout uses a lot of real estate. Can we make this better? This was raised in foo-software/lighthouse-check-action/issues/34

The report file name being generic makes it hard to find which report you are looking for when you have more than one url in the list to be checked....
