Include reduced-size PNGs

Perhaps as 256, 128, 64, and 32? Right now PNGs have arbitrary sizes and some are huge.

I was able to compress most of the SVGs to small PNGs based on this script from https://github.com/hampusborgos/country-flags/blob/master/scripts/build-pngs.js
