Does not support milliseconds in date-time format.

BSON element type 0x9 is a millisecond-based time field. http://bsonspec.org/#/specification

Unfortunately, both NOW and DATE-TIME in CL-MONGO do not appear to support this, being limited to second-level resolution.

* (now)

CL-MONGO::BSON-TIME Tue Jan 10 2012 14:06:13 (GMT-5)
*

Ideally, a LOCAL-TIME object would be exposed, as it supports nano-second timings. http://common-lisp.net/project/local-time/manual.html

I'm not intimate with the bson format, but if there is anything I can do to help, please let me know.
