[calendar] re-picking time doesn’t highlight minutes

Bug Report

Re-picking a time doesn’t highlight the previously selected minutes when previous steps were the same (date and/or hour). I know it’s a very minor thing but I think the minute shouldn’t change (reset to 00) in the input if the hour picked is the same, unless either: a different hour is selected; or, a different minute is selected

Steps to Reproduce

• Pick any calendar that uses a date time or time (https://fomantic-ui.com/modules/calendar.html#calendar) but make the minute not 00
• Select a date time/time
• Re-open the calendar back up to re-select the same date time/time (maybe you want to change the minute, but everything else is the same)
• The minute is highlighted as 00 instead of what it was previously
