Planning for the next release

I have the following items on my list:

• resolve all compiling warnings (#62, #63, #64, #67 )
• move source files to the src folder
• introduce a HAVE_FASTOPEN feature and check for existence of either TCP_FASTOPEN_CONNECT, MSG_FASTOPEN, etc.
