feature: support full punctuation

I think it's a new feature for flash.nvim, but is an implemented feature in leap.nvim

The feature in leap.nvim is equivalence_classes, my settting is

    equivalence_classes = {
        " \t\r\n",
        ",，",
        ".。",
        ":：",
        ";；",
        [['"“”]],
        "(（",
        ")）",
        "\\、",
    },

With this setting, I can jump to both full/half punctuations in chinese articles, for example:

when I press s + ,, there are two cadidates

这是第一句话，这是第二句话, 这是第三句话。

If it's an implemented feature in flash.nvim, how should I configure flash.nvim? If it's a new feature, I hope you can add it to flash.nvim, it's really a usefull feature for utf-8 users.
