Operation not supported error

I'm trying to move a file to the data folder using FV. The split screen comes up, I go to the location of the file and the folder I want to transfer it to, I drag and drop it, and it gives me a "operation not supported" (dosya işlemi desteklenmiyor in Turkish) error. How do I fix this?
