Craft leaves connection open to first server while connected to second server and will crash if the first server terminates.

How to replicate:

1. Start a local server.
2. Start Craft with your local server as the command line arguments.
3. Type /online [second server name here] into chat.
4. Terminate the local server.
5. Craft crashes/unexpectedly closes.
