Microsoft.AspNetCore.Authorization: No policy found: AuthLevelAdmin

When I try to run the sample "InProcess-Net6" project using launch settings "Attach to .NET Functions", I get the host error: Microsoft.AspNetCore.Authorization: No policy found: AuthLevelAdmin
