Drag and Drop from 7-Zip on Windows broken

Reproduce steps

  1. Open archive in 7-Zip
  2. Drag any file to fman

Expected behavior

File moved/copied.

Actual behavior

Reason

7-Zip extract dropped file to temporary directory and remove it after drag-and-drop. Fman release drop event before actual file processing.
