Cut/Copy/Paste etc don't work on Mac

Not sure you want bug reports or not but thought you might like to know.

Thanks for the bug report. It kind of works now. Although, there is a limitation on Mac where it doesn't get the "keyup" event when the Cmd key is pressed, so it will continue to copy/cut/paste when you press Cmd+c/x/v as long as you have the Cmd key pressed.
