[Feature Request] add clone repository from url

Currently, you can only add flutter projects locally. If you add the feature of getting projects from git, I believe it will be good. Before that, we may need to consider some issues:

  1. How to determine whether a project is a flutter project
  2. Where is the storage path of the downloaded project, and can the user customize it
