[Feature Request] Add Per-project IDE selection
I have just used this software on Windows and macOS platforms. It is possible that what I said is wrong. This is just my personal opinion. I would love to discuss with you how to make the project better.

@aguilaair For this PR, my idea is to store the ide of each project in hive, and start it if it is set, and default to a global ide if it is not set. I don't know if Sidekick handles the issue or reminds you to switch IDE settings if the IDE version or location changes after the settings are set. If you have other ideas, welcome to discuss
