1.Complete WiFi scanning function and stram function in Windows 2. Add Windows connection to specified WiFi feature(wifi_iot) 3. add windows platform support 4. change WiFiAccessPoint.fromMap private to public(may wrong, if so,please help me)

Your XML Profile don't work in open networks. You need to remove some tags and change the security name.
