[Question]: alarm manager not working on Android 11

hi I use alarm manager in a project I use oneShotAt which will run the alarm manager at a randomly generated time and display a notification the alarm manager works on Android 9 and below and it does not work on Android 11

pleaseeee guide me what to do??
