I need to check why are the CI jobs failings for API 22

8.2.0 to 8.2.2 is Ok for all plugins, so all PRs should be fine.

As to failing CI - nevermind as it happens for a long time already and not related to changes in AGP. It is a different issue and I recently found a workaround for it, which I will try soon.
