Enable English language
while loading keeps showing Chinese language, which my users wont understand. So please enable english for other users to understand.
Perhaps you can refer to FileReaderView to implement your own Reader widget。But the x5Webview not support english when loading plugin

He is loading a Chinese web browser basically, which only supports Chinese. It also downloads external libraries, hence you you cannot publish it in the playStore. This can't just be used for anything. You will have to figure out how to open documents with other viewers.
It's not your fault, the description and readme file should clearly state all of this. Advise: Next time you see the word "TENCENT" anywhere, just run from it. It's either a security hole, or banned, or a direct connection to China to report god knows what.
