Map startup - Settings loading times

Hi, not my server but I was hoping to maybe find an answer to help our dev. The issue is with the loading times for each player at the start of the map upon map change. It seems to be longer with staged maps as well. Was wondering if anyone else had a similar issue and could maybe point me in the right direction for a fix? Thanks.

You didn't say what the problem is and no logs aswell.
