Rename or link "ja-JP.json" to "ja.json"

Describe the bug There is the Japanese translation file "ja-JP.json" for flowable-ui. But recent browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) seem to use "ja" as a language code, so the UI is displayed in English, not in Japanese.

Expected behavior The UI is displayed in Japanese when my browser is set to use Japanese.

Additional context I'm using flowablle-ui.war in flowable-6.7.2.zip.
