How to add an electric vehicle model in Flow

I want to add an electric vehicle model in Flow,but there is not any tutorial in Flow. SO, anybody has ever add an electric vehicle model in Flow successfully? I will appreciate it if you can tell me,please!

Should you look for the definitions of other vehicle models and try to modify them?
