Create / consider interfaces to https://r-nimble.org

  • Should be relatively easy to include nimble outputs in getSample so that plotting can be used
  • Check if Nimble models can be transformed in a BaysianSetup (possibly more complicated)
  • Can BT samplers be used in NIMBLE?
