[How to] Connect with the new procedure

Can someone please make a simple solution for this? I have tried it several times, even got it to work one or 2 times but after a while it stops working again and the fight begins again to try and fix this. It is way to difficult to do, at least for me. A simple way of activating this would be greatly appreciated.
