Window width isn't static

Every time I open Frame, the width grows by a few pixels.

Frame is installed as deb package on Ubuntu 21.10. I'm using multiple screens.

Can be reproduced by simply opening and closing Frame a few times.

Version: 0.5.0-beta.8 0.4.4 does not have this bug.

This issue is related to text/screen scaling as it doesn't occur when I set font scaling to 1.00 using gnome-tweaks. Related: https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/9477

I'll work on a workaround

@goosewobbler Seems to work properly now. Tested on Ubuntu 22.10 with AppImage and .deb installs.
