frame Add Ledger Live derivation path for Trezor

In the last change Ledger completely disappointed me, and I would love to migrate to Trezor. The problem with migration is that I use Ledger Live derivation of accounts and I use plenty of them. I cannot simply transfer my values to the new group of accounts because (1) gas is expensive these times and 2) a lot of value vested. The only way for me to migrate for me is to somehow get support Ledger live derivation for Trezor. Frame would save me if it would be implemented
