Create/transfer/update teams at will from the hosts page

Problem

I'm forced to navigate away from the hosts I want to change in order to transfer teams. Users have to go all the way to settings to crate teams, I want to create my buckets while starring at the data I want to put in those buckets

What have you tried?

Potential solutions

• A drop-down I can select available teams or create a new team from.
• Sticky top nav so I can take action on hosts anywhere on the page.
