@xpkoala , I assigned to our team. I expect it's not easy to reproduce. I haven't watched the video yet. Maybe it contains reproduction info.
@ghernandez345 I will update this ticket when I receive more info. Just chiming in to let you know that I am in the process of acquiring more info.
It looks like the Unthread ticket was put on hold pending reproduction from customer, and then closed. @mason-buettner is there something to follow up on here?

Since there haven't been any updates on this ticket for some time and we don't have reliable steps to reproduce it locally, I'm going to close this issue for now. We can always reopen it if the issue reoccurs.
