Edit Teams modal for VPP loses drop down arrow for adding additional teams

💥  Actual behavior

Pre-requisite - you must have more than one organization configured in your instance. When editing the team assignments for a VPP org, adding several teams to the Edit modal will truncate the name and lose the drop down arrow for adding more teams.

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

1. Have more than one VPP org in your instance
2. Click Actions -> Edit Teams
3. Add lots of teams or one team with a very long name
4. Note the name gets truncated and the drop down arrow is no longer visible
