Use Browserstack to manually QA pages on fleetdm.com in each of the earliest supported browser versions

@Sampfluger88 I forgot about the comment above and started doing this. I'll stop with two untested browsers (Chrome on Android 7 and Opera v67) until we can schedule a time to review this process together. (Maybe we can do this during our 1:1 if we have nothing else to cover.)
