Paginate "Current versions" table on OS updates page

Problem

Current versions table isn't paginated and list is quite long. Sections below get lost

Potential solutions

Add pagination to the table. API endpoint is already paginated.

Confirmed that we're adding validation as part of #19852. Here's the link to Figma.

@rachaelshaw heads up, I added the dev note (screenshot below) to call out that we want 8 items per page. Please feel free to update that if you think it should be different.
