Website request: Improve website test workflow.

Goal

User story
As a contributor at Fleet,
I want to know that my changes won't cause a 500 error on the Fleet website
so that I can confidently make changes using the Github UI without needing to test changes locally.

• [ ] Investigate adding a test to the "Test Fleet website" GitHub workflow to make sure all pages are built properly.
