Activity feed item for labels attached/detached from host

Problem

As an IT admin, I want activity feed items generated when a label is attached or detached from a host (whether static OR DYNAMIC) so that I can run workflows based on that change. This would be a catchup feature necessary for jamf parity (basic MDM denominator functionality).
