[QA Wolf] (MDM) UI Validation doesn't display validation error for "app.com"

Steps to reproduce:
- Login
- Navigate to the Mobile device management (MDM) section
- Fill the 'end-user-migration-section' text field with "app.com"
- Click "Save" Expected: Validation error to be displayed around the input field Actual: No validation error is displayed + 422 error in console and network tabs

I'm not reproducing this one at the moment on 4.49.1 patch. I'm going to wait until we get the Dogfood server onto this patch and test again before closing this out.
I just retested this on main and I'm now reproducing the issue and seeing the following response:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 422 ()
confirmed I'm seeing the validation error when excluding http:// or .com from the URL.
QA Approved!
Cloud city's light shines, "app.com" finds validation, Errors fade from sight.
