Surface fleetd version on host summary

Problem

As a Fleet admin, I want to quickly see a host's fleetd version so I can ensure it is up to date.

Potential solutions

  1. Show fleetd version similar to how osquery version is shown on a host. 20240304_150853_Dogfood Dashboard
  2. If a fleetd version is older than the recommended version, display a warning or banner.
