📝 Description

The new MDM solutions table/modal errors when trying to view an MDM server other than Fleet.

👣 Reproduction steps

1. Enroll a macOS host into a non-Fleet MDM solution
2. Enroll that host into Fleet without migrating
3. Navigate to Dashboard > MDM > Solutions
4. Observe server name
5. Click to open modal

🧑‍💻  Expected behavior

Server name should be displayed, clicking it should open the modal with server details and host count

💥  Actual behavior

Server name displays as "Unknown" and I receive a 500 error when clicking.
