Fleet macOS MDM server displays incorrect host count in unified modal

👣 Reproduction steps

1. Turn on macOS and Windows MDM in Fleet
2. Enroll macOS and Windows hosts with MDM on
3. Navigate to Dashboard > MDM > Solutions > Fleet, observe host counts
4. Click to open modal
5. Observe host counts on modal

🧑‍💻  Expected behavior

Host counts should be accurately broken up by solution.

Issue appears to be in the UI only, as Dev Tools (pictured in screenshot above) displays correct host counts.
