feat: application contracts

Description

The network needs internal contracts for the application layer. To do still

• [ ] RewardManager - to distribute the node rewards
• [ ] Staking - to manage the stakes and the slashing of nodes
• [ ] EpochManager- manages epochs and the committees associated with each
• [ ] NodeRegistry - Registry of all white listed nodes in the network
• [ ] FLK Token
• [ ] Management/Proxy contracts
