[FEATURE] Camera acceleration and inertia

What do you want implemented?

Camera panning acceleration and inertia like in GoogleMap. When I want to scroll map to a large distance it scrolls with const speed. Is it possible to realize mechanism of scroll acceleration relative to swipe power ?
